The cabin is log house was built in 1996, renovated in 1998 and in 2012. It can accommodate 3 persons on 24 m2.
In the cabin there is a steel range for cooking and heating, a table, a bench, a shelf for plates, sleeping bunks. Of the kitchen utensils there is a pot, a kettle, a pail, a cup, a wash basin, a broom, a dust pan, 3 bed sets consisting of a mattress, a pillow and a blanket. Fresh linen is given in the visitor centre or by a ranger at checking-in. Near the cabin there is a wash basin, a shed with fire wood and an axe, a rake and firefighting equipment on a board.
There is a campfire site with a table and benches, a trash container, a firewood shed, a toilet, a rump down to the lake, a boat and a sauna.
The sauna is located on the bank of Sharkijarvi lake. Wooden staircase and rump lead to the water. There is a shed with a stock of firewood and an axe close by. In the sauna there are 2 basins, 2 pails, 2 water tanks, 2 scoops, a dust pan and a broom.
Use of the sauna and the boat is included in the cost of accommodation.
The boat is used by the occupants of the cabin. Life jackets will be provided at the entrance to the Park. Wearing of them in the boat is obligatory. Don’t forget to return the jackets when you leave the Park.
