The Visitor Centre of Paanajarvi National Park is located in Pjaozerski township on a bank of picturesque lake Tuhka.
The Centre was built in 2002 with financing by European Community in the framework of a TACIS project. Nowadays the Visitor Centre is the main cultural-and-educational institution in the region.
The premises of the visitor centre accommodate:
One can book here excursions in the museum and in the Park, place an application for visiting the protected nature area and buy souvenir products.
All tourists coming to the Park must register in the visitor centre.
Tourists with advance booking will be received from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m. any day of the week.
On working days the centre is open from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday are days off.
